Hello, I am Paula Hetrick and have been in Real Estate for the past seven years. I have lived in the Oakley/Knightsen/Brentwood areas for most of my life, except for the few years I was in San Luis Obispo attending Cal Poly State University. Most of my family are icons in the town of Oakley. My passion is helping people and allowing them to live out their american dream. My husband and I have two children; a son and a daughter, and we lived out our american dream when we purchased ten acres in Knightsen and built our dream home.

I work with a lot of repeat buyers and first time home buyers. My job is to educate and help through a process that can be very stressful. With our foreclosure market, buyers must understand the process of buying a foreclosure. We are in a very different market and I can educate them on the steps of being able to secure a foreclosed property in their price range.
