Shelli Freewoman, I'm the bookkeeper handling all of our accounts receivable and payable. I am extremely busy with our bank owned properties and the detailed reimbursement requests. I was hired as part-time handling accounts for one of the banks that we do business with, and then helped out where needed. Quickly I demonstrated an ability to take charge with minimal supervision, and soon took over all of the bookkeeping for Delta Ranches & Homes. Outside of the office my pride and joy are my two children. I have a son who will be graduating high school and then going off to college, and a daughter attending high school. I also assist with coaching water polo.

Bryan Moniz visits each property on a weekly basis. To assure that the property is viewing nicely Bryan cleans any debris that may have made its way on site. During his visit he takes photos, makes sure all of the smoke detectors are in working order, checks for leaks during the winter months, and before leaving makes certain the home is secure. In the evenings he's employeed as a line-cook at a local restaurant on the delta. On his off time he enjoys water sports.

Sal Chavez, Owner of Cypress Yard Maintenance, takes care of yard maintenance for our bank owned properties. He immediately visits the site, checks the sprinkler systems and will provide an initial yard clean so that the home has nice curb appeal. His visits from there on out are on a weekly basis, and some properties depending on the bank will require bi-weekly service. Cypress Yard provides that extra care and professionalism. Many of us in the office also employee Cypress Yard for our own homes. |

Ali Schneider, Transaction Coordinator. Once an offer is accepted I will coordinate everything having to do with title, disclosures, inspections, contingency removal periods, commission demands, and data entry into the Relay system; providing a paper file and CD to meet DRE guidelines. I work closely and directly with the Agents on both sides.
Away from work, I am a wife and mother of three. Between school activities, soccer, baseball and volleyball, we are all very busy. As a family we enjoy camping and waterskiing and try to do so as often as we can.

Reina Ortega, licensed Agent and Office Manager. I oversee all functions of the office and are responsible for purchasing, advertising, maintaining websites and opening property files. I coordinate service providers such as utilities, yard care, termite inspections, and/or repairs that may need to be performed on the property sites. I follow the property closely until escrow closes so that I may then stop all services being provided to maintain the property.
Outside of the office my husband and I are busy with our two boys, their school activities and sports. Our oldest plays high school soccer and year round soccer with IMPACT Team Lightning '93. Our youngest plays soccer through EDYSL and baseball through Brentwood PONY. Both are awesome students. When the opportunity presents itself we love to go to Disneyland.

Ashley spends her time commuting between Sacramento and Brentwood, Ca. Ashley has been employed by Delta Ranches and Homes for two years and handles marketing, technology advertising as well as receptionist and office duties on occassion. Ashley has completed her CA Real Estate School to be a licensed agent and is also attending Sacramento State as a full time student.
