30 year fixed mortgage rates go down to 4.34%

Mortgage rates for a 30 year fixed mortgage fell 2 basis points from 4.36% to 4.34% on Friday, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace announced.
The 30 year fixed mortgage rate on July 30, 2010, is down 4 basis points from the previous week's average rate of 4.38% and down 54 basis points from the average rate of 4.88% from three months ago.
